Are returns destroyed at Seidel Moden?

No, absolutely not. We love and live fashion! These are of course processed and then offered for sale again. We do not throw away any goods in our stores after our customers have tried them out.

How much does shipping cost and how long are the delivery times?

Orders received by 12 p.m. will be shipped the same day.

  • Delivery within Germany takes 2-4 working days and is free of charge.
  • Delivery to Austria, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Denmark, Liechtenstein, Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, Czech Republic, France and Slovakia takes 3-8 days. 6-8 days is a bit excessive, but unfortunately we have already had to experience that in individual cases, so we would like to mention that for the sake of honesty. The shipping costs for the above-mentioned countries are € 4.95.

Can I return the goods I ordered?

Yes. Please simply send the goods back to us free of charge. You are welcome to let us know in advance by email, chat or telephone.

When will I be refunded the purchase price after a return?

After receiving the return, you will immediately be refunded the purchase price.

Who bears the costs for return shipping?

Costs for the return are borne by the buyer.

Why do we do this and not offer free returns like the big players?

As a small, family-run company, we want to prevent customers from ordering up to 10 different parts and sending 9 of them back after two weeks because it doesn't cost anything. We could usually have sold these items elsewhere during that time. Since we do not have the goods in stock in large quantities, this costs us valuable sales. Since we no longer offer free returns, this big problem for us has suddenly improved. We offer free shipping within Germany and we only charge a flat rate of €3.95 to the rest of the European countries we supply.

What should I do if I accidentally entered an incorrect address?

Please inform us immediately by email, telephone or chat. As long as the goods have not yet been shipped, we can easily correct this.

Is it possible to still order an item that is already sold out?

You are welcome to contact us via email, chat or telephone. We can reorder the items from many manufacturers if they are still available.
